Easy Return (Right of Withdrawal or Size Exchange)
Our primary concern is that our Customers are satisfied with products purchased on our Website: if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, if the item is not to your satisfaction, or you feel that the size does not fit, within 15 working days from the Product delivery date, you can return the product and require a replacement of your purchased product (Size Exchange), or require a total Refund.
The "Easy Return" procedure can be simply activated by filling out an Online Form via our "Online Order Management" tool.
If you placed the order, as a "Registered Customer", to activate the Easy Returns procedure enter your "Order Summary" page, through the "Order History" section.
If you are not a "Registered Customer", or if you placed the order without logging in, follow the instructions contained on the "Customer Service" page to access your "Order Summary".
HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM
To activate the procedure, enter the "Order Summary" page corresponding to the Return you wish to make:
- click on the "Report a problem for this product" button, located next to the product (or products) that you wish to return
- select the entry: "Easy Returns (Right of Withdrawal or Size exchange)" from the drop-down menu.
If you wish to Withdraw from the purchase, you should:
- clearly express your desire to withdraw from the purchase and request a Refund
- once we receive your product back, we will refund you via the same payment method you used at the time of the order within a few days.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size (Size Exchange), you should expressly indicate:
- your request for replacement of the product for a different size (Size Exchange)
- specify the new size you would like
- once we receive your returned item, we will send you the replacement product at no additional cost, in the requested new size (ONLY if still available).
In any case, once your online "Easy Returns" request is received, our Customer Service department will promptly send you an email containing all the instructions on how to Return the item.
In addition, we will assign a unique "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) Code, that you will have to use when returning the product.
The Product should be returned to us as soon as possible and in any event delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from the issuance date of the RMA Code.
The Product must be returned in accordance with terms specified in our Terms & Conditions of Sales: Read all details on Easy Returns (Right of Withdrawal or Size Exchange).
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- In order for returns/exchanges to be accepted, the right of return should be applied to product purchased in its entirety; it cannot be exercised in relation to single parts and / or product accessories.
- The complete integrity of the item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The product should be kept with normal conscientiousness and returned intact, complete in all its parts, with no signs of wear or dirt, it should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply in relation to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. custom apparel products at the request of the customer) or which by their specific nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging (bags and/or packaging), complete with all their parts (including the identification tag, which must still be attached to products with the disposable seal, that is an integral part of the product).
- In order to limit damages to the original package, we recommend inserting it in a second box, affixing the label provided by us, with the RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). In all cases it should be avoided affixing labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.
We will refund you, within 14 working days from receipt of the returned product (and in any case within 30 days from date on which we received your online "Easy Return" request). The refund will include delivery charges, but not the amount paid for the purchase of any "additional delivery services".
The money will be refunded through a reversal transaction using the same payment method chosen at checkout (e.g. reversing the amount debited onto your credit card, or recharging the amount back onto your PayPal account).
We will refund the same amount paid at the time of the order, in the same currency (e.g. Euros (EUR)).
In the event of a mismatch between the recipient of the products indicated on the order form and the person who made the payment, the refund will be carried out to the party who made the payment.
